FORBES reports cola giant Pepsi lost a trademark dispute against Chinese beer maker Zhejiang Blue Wild Wine over the trademark "Blue Storm."

The suit was brought against Pepsi for Pepsi's "blue storm" advertising campaign. Shejiang Blue Wild Wine owns a trademark in China for the mark "Blue Storm." Pepsi won in the lower court when the court held Pepsi was not using "Blue Storm" as a trademark. Pepsi lost on appeal and Shejiang was awarded $392,700 US (3 million yuan).
