"Flip This" Lawsuit

by Tamera H. Bennett Richard C. Davis, President & CEO of Trademark Properties and executive producer of "Flip This House," filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against A&E Television Networks and Departure Films citing fraud, breach of contract, unfair competition and five other causes of action.

In 2005, A&E was home to Mr. Davis' property investment and house "flipping" television show. For 2006, Mr. Davis signed with Discovery Communications and moved his show to TLC.

A&E continues to use the title "Flip This House" working with two different property investment groups, one located in Atlanta and the other in San Antonio.
